Additional Management Agent’s Service
Other Services Provided (Subject to Separate Charge)

Dealing with breaches of House Rules, Infringement of Car Park Regulations and breaches of Covenant.
Project management of major refurbishment or new projects.
Dealing with correspondence on behalf of the Management Company in relation to sales of units within the complex.
Liaising with qualified professionals in the preparation of Health and Safety Statements and Fire Drills.
Arranging of Security Contract where necessary.
Interview and recruitment of Management Company employees (grounds persons, cleaners, janitors, caretakers, security etc.)
Liaise with the Auditors to ensure compliance with all company law matters and co-ordinate completion of annual Financial Statement.
Advising on Buildings re-instatement values for insurance purposes. This applies where the building needs to be surveyed for the purpose of estimating re-instatement value.
Our attendance at meetings that are outside office hours.
Providing a Company Secretarial Service.
Providing a 24 hour, 365 days Emergency Service. Normal office hours are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, Monday – Friday. Any emergency calls outside these hours attract a small additional fee.
Arranging and supervising all required Maintenance Contracts (Electric Gates, Fire Alarms, Sewage Pumps etc)
Liaising with professional and technical advisors on behalf of The Management Company (Solicitors, Accountants, Engineers etc)
On new developments we advise Developers on management and Service Charge Budgets.
